  • Medium Rare: 135°F (57°C)
  • Medium: 145°F (63°C)
  • Medium Well: 155°F (68°C)
  • Well Done: 165°F (74°C)

Poultry

  • Chicken Breast: 165°F (74°C)
  • Turkey: 165°F (74°C)
  • Duck Breast: 135°F (57°C)
Oven Temperatures

Common Settings

  • Very Slow: 250°F (120°C)
  • Slow: 300°F (150°C)
  • Moderate: 350°F (175°C)
  • Hot: 400°F (200°C)
  • Very Hot: 450°F (230°C)

Baking

  • Bread: 350-375°F (175-190°C)
  • Cookies: 350°F (175°C)
  • Cakes: 350°F (175°C)
  • Pies: 375-400°F (190-200°C)
